  • What services do you offer?

    We specialise in high-end real estate and architectural marketing – including photography, video, floor plans, copywriting, drone, creative campaigns, and custom microsites. Think of us as your creative partner, not just a supplier.

  • What areas do you service?

    We’re based in Surry Hills and work across Sydney and Australia. We travel interstate and have team available for long and short projects. Travel fees may apply for properties more than 20km from the CBD.

  • How fast is your turnaround?

    For Real Estate Only - Photography + floor plans: 24 hours
    Video + creative edits: 48 hours

  • Do you shoot after hours or on weekends?

    We’re available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Dusk shoots are pre-booked and included. Anything outside regular hours may attract an additional fee. For Auctions or vendors with tricky schedules see our rates.

  • What happens if I cancel last minute?

    Same-day cancellations are charged at 50% of the booking cost. We’ll always try to reschedule where possible – we know life happens. Your best bet it to call us directly and send our team an email to notify us.

  • Who owns the content?

    You get usage rights for the duration of the sales campaign for Real Estate. Need it for something else (portfolio, awards, signage, etc.)? Just reach out – we offer flexible licensing. and usage arrangements.

  • I'm new here. How do I book?

    Easy. Head to our booking form, call us, or email the studio. We’ll guide you through the process, set your up with our automated booking process and lock in a time that suits.

  • Do I need to prepare anything before the shoot?

    Yes – a clean, styled, and well-lit space works wonders. We’ll send you a prep checklist once you’re booked to make it stress-free. Any time save before we arrive means more time being our best creative selves.
